1. Volvo Trucks: A project which involves the maintenance and service information manuals as requested by the customers and end users.

Role: Technical Author and illustrator.

Activities performed:

• Requirement gathering which includes importing sources from various applications such as Service request, Ms Word, Excel, etc.

• Client Interaction for gathering the required sources.

• Providing the service information manuals which are inputted into the authoring tools such as GRIPS and SAFT.

• The created service information manuals are published in IMPACT for clients and the end users.

Duration: 7 months.

2. Volvo Bus: A project which involves the maintenance and service information manuals as requested by the customers and end users.

Role: Technical illustrator.

Activities performed:

• Requirement gathering which includes importing sources from various applications such as Ms Word, Excel, etc.

• Client Interaction for gathering the required sources.

• Performed various transformations using CATIA composer and CorelDraw according to the requirements by the clients for effective use in Visualization.

• Developed illustrations are then published in SAFT for the clients and end users. Duration: 7 months.

3. Airbus : A project which involves the maintenance and service information manuals as requested by the client AIRBUS.

Role: Technical Author.

Activities performed:

• Requirement gathering which includes importing sources from various applications such as SAP, PDF xchange viewer, etc.

• Worked on Emergency Cargo, Seats and Stowages chapters in an aircraft.

• Providing the service information manuals which are developed in the authoring tools such as ARBORTEXT Editor.

Duration: 1 year and 3 months.

4. Airbus (TDVV) : A project which involves the technical discrepancy verification and validation as requested by the client AIRBUS.

Role: Technical Author and Proof Reader.

Activities performed:

• Requirement gathering which includes importing sources from various applications such as SAP, PDF xchange viewer, etc.

• Worked on clearing the technical discrepancy on the Emergency Cargo, Seats and Stowages chapters in an aircraft.
