RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling stores operations such as maintaining an inventory, checking stocks, issuing of items; receiving & stocking items from suppliers.

Physically material received with first inspection as per Delivery Challan & Purchase Order.

Verification of material quantity, material condition, with store security person.

Verification of proper documents with supplied material (i.e. Delivery challan, Tax Invoice, Excise Invoice, warranty certificates, QC certificates etc.)

Data entry of received material (Goods Receipt Note- GRN) in ERP system with complete accounting of taxation.

Material handed over to inspection / user department for further process. As well as received the material from inspection department and place the material to their respective bins.

Inform to purchase department and users for material received through daily material received report send by mail.

Preparation of material TAG Cards.

Posting of issue material in system, bin cards & maintaining soft copy too.

Compare monthly stock statement with physical stock/ bin card stock.

Responsible for all warehouse operations like materials, storage, issues, dispatches.

Responsible for safe packing and dispatch of goods.

Handling of transport material collection & Booking on regular.

Returnable and non returnable gate pass handling. (Materials send to repair, rejected / excess materials send back to party etc.)

Regularly follow-ups with purchaser and suppliers for rejection material.

Bills send to accounts dept. after complete procedure of GRN.

Manage housekeeping of store.

Making invoice for dispatch material with GST.

Responsible for stock transaction in system.

Responsible for daily and monthly reporting to HOD.

Computer Operator cum programming assistant (COPA) from ITI, Surat Year : 2005.

PGDCA (First Semester) from VNSGU (Evening Classes), Year : 2006.

Computer Skills:

O.S. Win 2000,XP,2007, M.S./Open/Libre Office, Tally, Internet skills.

Ability of working independently in ERP.

English typing on 60 WPM speed.
