Current role: As Jr. technical officer at Ghee making plant/BMC Hand on Experience with following Product/Device
o I am able to take all chemical and microbial tests of all milk and milk product made in dairy.
o Check water used in plant and all related test.
o Preparing reports on power consumption,water consumption,and Machine efficiency.
o Calibration and leveling of equipments and maintaining all calibration certificates
o Management of milk and milk tankers.
o I have completely knowledge about Ghee making
plant o Supervision on Scada software in shift.
o I am able to check cream quality, temperature, Fat loss, over all losses and product yield.
o Knowledge about Packing of Ghee, storage and making process o I also check CIP (cleaning in place) and SIP (sanitizing in place). o I handle BMC alone.
