Executive Assistant – Supporting Department of State construction projects worldwide.

Manage the calendars of the Office Director, Deputy Director and 4 Project Managers while providing administrative support to a Special Access Office consisting of 30 employees.

Responsible for complex scheduling, meeting preparation, document preparation and review, office management and related business transactions, coordinating, tracking and/or completion of a routine and special communications, projects, and activities as well ensuring travel arrangements and expenses are reconciled in a timely manner.

Serve as a liaison and point of contact with other Departments within the Bureau as well as external agencies.
