Focused efforts on hiring and cultivating a top performing team as well as their subsequent contract negotiations. Strategic recruitment across specific market groups with a focus on the best of the best. Played a critical role in the corporate strategy planning for new markets. Helmed the operations and transitions for new acquisitions including policy implementation, HR merging, asset transfer, software training, due diligence, and business planning.
