Work Experience in Gulf WORK PROFILE AT OFFSHORE RIG

Working as Motorman in NDC Drilling company at their offshore Jack up rig NDC AL -Hail since Jan-2008 – Dec-2011 in UAE.

Worked on Burgan DRILLING COMPANY KUWAIT Land Rig as Motorman till 2017

Worked for Aban offshore Limited- ABAN-V, JACK UP RIG, a s a Motorman for 06-December 2018 to Till date.

WORK PROFILE AT OFFSHORE RIG

Take Engine reading every Six in hour. Take air compressor reading once daily. Keep engine room tidy all time. Sound all storage tanks and keep record of soundings and coordinate with Barge captain. Assist Mechanic on duty with maintenance on repair issues as needed. Maintain Proper level in fuel day tank & Empty all trash cans in machinery spaces. Maintain sanitary system & Check radiator levels at least once a day. Complete any project assigned by supervisor. Report any abnormalities to chief mechanic & Maintain activities belong to drill water & Fuel. Air compressor- keep on run supply all over the rig.

Functioning of instruments

Coolant hoses for leaks

Fuel lines for leaks

V-belt tension, retightening, if necessary, V-belts

Condition of impeller

Water hose clamps, pipe connections and bolts for security, retightening, if necessary

Alignment of the shaft system (In the event of abnormal vibrations, since the elastic engine mounts may have settled.)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES : - WORK PROFILE AT OFFSHORE RIG

Raw water unit- making freshwater storage & supply all over the rig. Drill water pump- storage and supply transfer all over the rig. Fire pump inspection maintain & start check as per requirement. Maintain diesel fuel centrifuge pump.
