Project Title: TGV2020 Car Interiors.

Client –Alstom

By utilizing volume of coach and making 3D Models using CATIA V, conceptual design for seat structure fitting frame to side wall, Design of structural frame, which holds seat structure to fix frame to side wall structure by using hardware. Manufacturing feasibility, service accessibility and torque machine accessibility, finalizing materials, CDR with client to finalizing 3D model, once finalizing model and offer PDR, completes review, finally go to DDR to client, providing BOM and detailed drawings.

Worked on Door pillar assy, creating structural frame by using sheet metal in 3D FTA,

making assy with top portion fixed with roof structure, bottom case box fixed with side wall beam, holding rod and other accessories assembled, making with clash reports.

Worked on CR’s with Singapore metro, for NELL and CCL projects, major changes on plinth curve assy, and installation level clash reports, finally making installation drawings.

By using DMA we are going to create tree structure of assembly and giving PDM related information, materials, sealants, insulations and glues, fire and smoke related information, and upload 3D models to DMA.

Project Title: Cross Rail M7 Car Roof & Under frame.

Client – Bombardier Transport.

Optimized Design of Rustom-II:

Client – DRDO (ADE)

Served as a CAD modeling supporter in developing the three variants of different capacities of Rustom by using Solid works & Auto-CAD. Project involved in developing the design of Rustom to reduce the overall cost and reducing the overall weight. It also involved parametric modeling of solid, surface, sheet-metal parts, top down assembly with skeleton modeling following all the design guidelines and generation of 2D manufacturing drawings with GD&T. Used Pro-programming and relations in Catia V5 to generate three variants from one design.

Optimized Design of Wing fixture Rustom-II:

Client – DRDO (ADE)

Served as a CAD modeling supporter in developing the three variants of different capacities of Rustom by using Solid works & Auto-CAD. Center wing fixture for fixing LS & RS wings, Design involved for fixing center wing fixture to fixing wings into center body, Design of brackets for fixed of wing with load calculation, analytical model of wing loads done from

MATLAB reports.
