Work Experience:

•Currently working as a Lead Analyst with ‘Ugam Solutions Pvt Ltd’ from 10th Oct 2012 till date on Dimensions (Survey Programming Platform – Interview Object Model). And handling a team of 5-6 members which includes 2 Senior Programmers, 2 Programmers and 2 Junior level programmers.

•Worked as a Senior Survey Programmer with Ugam Solutions Pvt Ltd from 2nd April 2007 to 6th April 2012 on Dimensions (Survey Programming Platform – Interview Object Model).

Current ROLE in Ugam:-

A solution provider for market research requirements, setting up the team and executing complex projects, Planning projects resources, and task allocation, gamification, developing capabilities and custom setups. Developing efficiency and capabilities across the teams and hands-on scripting experience.

And as mentioned above I handled a team of 5-6 members and hence I am responsible to handle there day to day tasks as below:-

•So on daily basis, I am having a call with Survey Programming Manager from client Side on which we discuss on all the current workload of team along with expected work for team in coming days/weeks. In case of any new things / learning’s / Errors has been happened then I have discussion on same with him - So that in future that will help our team to work in an efficient manner towards this client.

•Also, I chip in for programming / scripting – In case my team got stuck up in any kind of complex setups / any new thing have come up from client which requires urgent attention.

•In case anything new comes up, I update our Internal Library in which we stores our standard coding – which is been used for efficient and productive working on daily basis.

•We do maintain all the Errors, learning’s, Good works etc and log all of them in our System – so based on that we can rate anyone’s performance – which will help us while providing yearly Feedback / Appraisal to the team members, And based on this discussion – we make a development / improvement plan for them. And also solve their concerns by discussion with them and take suggestions to improve our daily work routine.

•In Ugam, we also follow a practice of giving monthly feedback to programmers related to his work i.e. Utilization, Quality, Hygiene (Following Process or not), productivity / unscheduled leaves etc. We also arrange for a Quarterly Reward and Recognition for all the team members – so that whoever is doing their work way beyond their expectation, then we Greet and Congratulate for their Efforts with a certificate along with some Vouchers – which is sponsored from the organization – And share all the good things to all the team members – so that other members should get motivate / learn something from his / her performance.

•And if any new team members have joined our team – then I conduct training for him/her related to our standards of client / processes / scripting training etc.

Reason for change:

•My main reason to leave Ugam – Is because from last 2-3 years the growth has become very stagnant in terms of appraisal along with promotion to the higher level – Since every 2-3 years my Manager gets changed and our entire team has been placed under some other Groups / Teams and hence from last 7.5 years my manager is getting changed in almost every 2-3 years,

•I am working as Team Leader from last 7.5 years, but the management is not showing firm interests to put new clients / Team members within my kitty – due to changing of any Groups / Teams as mentioned in above point.

•I have also undergone training on Decipher and Qualtrics platforms for couple of months.

•Current CTC: - 10 Lakhs. (Including Night Shift, weekend allowance)

•Expected CTC: - 12 – 13 Lakhs (negotiable).

•Joining Date: - 2-3months (negotiable).
