Role : Functional Testing
Description:-
Performing Functional Testing for braking software in diagnostic subsystem. To be specific OBD (On Board Diagnostic) testing for the prove out testing & requirement testing for various software in BMW projects. Also observing corresponding behavior of the system after latching of the fault.
Project 2: ZF Steering Software (GAC, DFSK, SIAC, Renault)
Duration: Nov 2018 to May 2019
Role : Functional Testing(SFIT)
Description:-
Performed Fault Insertion Testing Regarding different functionalities related to steering micros and testing different levels of faults for various software builds on EpsC PIL mostly in china projects. Also observing the behavior of the system before and after injection of the fault.
Worked as R&D Engineer at Marquardt India.Pvt.Ltd, Mumbai (Germany Based MNC) from August 2011 to March 2013.

Project Name: Rocker Switch EOL Setup
Duration: Aug 2011 to March 2012, Worked at Mumbai, India
Role: Design & Development
New PCB Development of variant 3232(Rocker Switch) Switch for customer i.e TATA Motors.
Setting up New EOL testing fixture & Endurance Panel for the variants of 1801 & 1808(Rocker Switch) for different customers.
Designed 18 no. of testing fixture of 3232 different variants for symbol & functionality testing.
Responsible for the assembly line of headlight leveler variant of 3227(Rotary Switch)
Aware of different kind of Bus system i.e CAN, LIN, Most & Maxis.
Got trained for different automotive functionality & usage.
Accomplish with different kind of microcontroller which is being used in the automotive industry.

Duration: March to Aug 2012, Worked at Rietheim-Weilheim, Germany
Role: Software Development
Got interacted with the core member,the project manager along with assist persons of the project during Kick off meeting.
Initially got training for initialize to set up a project by following the V-model.
Integration of UNIPEM & ESCL is done in this prototype phase both in hardware & software.
Interaction with design team for the new schematic layout.
Being responsible for the Software Development using Embedded C.
NEC V850 FE3N microcontroller is being used as ECU for the project.
GHS Compiler as for compiling & IE CUBE Debugger kit for debugging the codes & PG-FP4 as flashing tool.
For documentation of the project DOORS is being used as systematic standardization followed by MQ-GmbH.
