• Led the University’s new strategic goal to “make intercultural learning vital to the Stetson Experience.” Within two years: tripled exchange programs and participation rates, increased academic and co-curricular programming, tripled international student applications with a 20% increase in enrollment, and welcomed the most international scholars in Stetson’s history. Redesigned and launched internal and external-facing marketing, opened state-of-the-art international offices and deployed new integrated software to manage all international operations.
