Personal Statement

I am student at University of Hertfordshire studying international Tourism Management. I am enthusiastic, reliable, and I put all my effort in every task I am given. From various customer-face experiences working in a 4 star hotel, bar and in the university restaurant I am confident in interacting with people. Through this I have proven ability to work as a team and individually, managing to complete projects to the highest standard with a meticulous attention to detail and manage to work well under pressure. I can deal with problems in a resourceful manner and negotiate to achieve beneficial agreement. I hope I can continue to hone these skills in any environment and gain additional insights into the hospitality management techniques.

Problem-solving skills: Throughout the four years of working in hospitality I am able to solve conflicts reasonably in a calm manner. In a number of assignments at university, as a group and individually, I am able to overcome difficult situations by being analytical and logical.

Organisational skills: Alongside my university studies I have managed to juggle my social life, work and university society commitments.
