Database Developer

●Develop and maintain the internal Access database system - using SQL, VB, and other code as needed. Integrate with web MySQL data.

●Converted all paper records on members to a file server controlled and linked to MS Access. I created a custom CRM specific to the office needs that automated actions such as expired license, billing, and communication tracking.

●I setup Access to pull the billing data based on information from our web forms and LabCorp lab results and automatically send it to Quickbooks using QODBC based on certain requirements. I setup Quickbooks to invoice from Access allowing single entry and action from one application.

●Built and integrated data between multiple VPN connections of varied types of data that require conversion.

●Overall, I was able to convert a company of more than 12 employees to only need 6 by automating many time-consuming processes the company was able to focus on customer service and provide the top quality they do today.

Project Management

●Headed the integration of LabCorp’s core system with PCS’s online web ordering platform.
