Contracted to support US Army PEO ESI / Picatinny Arsenal Logistics Modernization Program SAP / AWS Cloud Modernization effort.

•Currently leading the US Army SAP AWS Cloud Migration from DISA Datacenter to AWS for the Logistics Modernization Program. Managing all aspects of the project including hardware ordering, budget management, inventory, resourcing, and customer engagement. Providing weekly updates to US Army Senior Executive presentations on status. This project scope is 320 servers and applications migrated from DISA to AWS, encompassing 200 Million in budget. and progress. Have successfully migrated systems and landscapes to AWS.

•Managing the project as a hybrid Agile/Waterfall using DEVOPS and cross functional teams. This project is an AWS cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) environment, lift and shift from other DOD datacenters at DISA and Picatinny Arsenal. Architected, Developed and implemented APIs, microservices, API health check etc to support end user cloud implementation.

•Overseeing, planning, and executing all aspects of building the landscapes, networks, infrastructure, Oracle, and Hana Database work. Solutioning/Directing all HA, DR, COOP clustering, replication and tuning of the architecture and implementation. The project is also undergoing SOC1 audit so am managing that and working with the compliance team to map local SAP security controls and inherited Security Controls from AWS to the US Army SOC elements as well. Team is using ServiceNow to track all incidents and managing overall progress with MS Project. Building MS Power Point presentations for updates to both senior military leadership but also for SAP leadership.

Managed all aspects of Cyber Security including RMF, SOC Controls, patching schedules, vulnerability reports, Army Cyber Scans ACAS / SCAP Scans, vulnerability remediation and POAMs.

As the Disney Engineering Excellence Senior Program Manager managing 6 teams of high performing Architects and Project Managers.

Managed all Engineering aspects of Disney’s new ticketing system a 140-million-dollar effort. Engineering Excellence PM leading all engineering aspects, which encompassed much of the 120 team members on the project. Provided engineering solutions to complex business problems, building robust products.

Managed top priority initiatives for Disney within Engineering Excellence and provide scientific estimation for the solution and technology strategy. •Walt Disney Corporation, Okta Identity Management Resiliency Program Manager

Managed Disney's CIO Project MyID Resiliency Team. MyID is the Identity Access Management (IAM) Platform or Disney cast members to access global information services and is an integral part of Disney operations.

The MyID Resiliency effort is a large-scale corporate effort spanning across the Disney business units, such as ESPN, Disney Parks, Marvel, ABC, Lucasfilm, Pixar and Walt Disney Studios to ensure biometric identity services are Tier 1 with 100% up-time.

MyID is the Identity Access Management (IAM) Platform or Disney cast members to access global information services and is an integral part of Disney operations.

The project included rebuilding the application and moving it from a local data center to the AWS cloud. The new application and interfaces were built with multiple redundancies.

The MyID Resiliency Agile Working group involves several scrum teams and Scrum of Scrums. Delivering value through a scaled Agile approach and framework with daily stand-ups, scrums and weekly scrum of scrums, retrospectives, and sprint planning.

This effort also including adding in MFA, Mobile IOS, and Biometric authentication.

Worked with Disney Stakeholders across the family of Walt Disney Company to partner in the implementation of resilient, secure, scalable, Identity Platforms.

Lead agile software development teams and software developers through design sessions. Building new security features such as MFA and mobile.
