CMM Programmer

Maintained the highest inspection and documentation standards for all CMM activities throughout the manufacturing plant and ensured on-time delivery of all company products post-inspection.

Supervised all documentation procedures for company product and component inspections;

Supported the Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) process for all new parts and products;

Acted as liaison between Crissair and other contractors for matters of equipment and process leasing, purchasing, and sharing, and when necessary developed solutions to resolve new or recurring issues:

Successfully arbitrated an agreement with Pratt & Whitney to calibrate a recently purchased system that Pratt developed but dropped from their line and did not wish to calibrate. As a result, Crissair avoided the need for an expensive, time-consuming third-party calibration subcontractor.
