Process and conduct orientation for medical, PA’s, Midwifery, Dental, Pharmacy students and residents. Assist SGU / all Students with on boarding, exiting and HR process. Complete letter of recommendation to ECFMG, scan letters to CARMS & ERAS, Process California L 6 forms for medical students. Submit report of all completed Electives, Sub I’s, Mid Cores and Core rotations to finance. Assist Director with finance reports. Track and update data base for all students entering and exiting the program. Assist students with preceptors, locations, IT and PPE needs. Identified contracts that expired, reproduction of GME policies and House staff manual.
