WORKING AND OPERATION KNOWLEDE:

Maintenance of power generator diesel enginees, maintenance of process wellhead crane, enginees (power arm, American, aro weather board cranes) maintenance of fire water pump enginees (caterpillar, wmw, detroil, Cummins enginees).Turnbines generator filter changing, well head platform power generator operating maintenance of power systems, hydraulic oil pump, hydraulic rotating motor, valves, air compressor operation, sea water pump, glycol feed pump, and safety operation etc.

PUMP OPERATION:

Centrifugal pump, gear type, vane type pump, single acting double acting, reciprocating pump operations, dosing pump, startup and shout down, lube oil level maintenance, water cooling supply, vibration cheek, mechanical seal check, up normal sword check, oil viscosity check, suction and discharge pressure check up, filter and strainer cleaning, trouble shooting, etc.

CENTRIFUGUL PUMPS:

Experience in maintenance of single stage pumps and multi stage pumps. Assembling and dismating of pumps. (boilers feed water pumps, cooling water pumps, cooling oil changes periodical, pump isolation and shutdown works, crude transfer pump, booster, replacing seal and mechanical seal etc.

RECIPROCATING PUMPS:

Experience in maintenance of plunger pumps, (BHEL, NATIONAL and STEVAN) Wilton pumps, strainer cleaning, filter changing, NRV replaces and etc. Experience in assembling and dismasting of pumps.

ROTARY PUMPS:

Experience in maintenance of gear pumps, screw pumps and vane pumps etc.

VALVE SYSTEM:

Pressure control valve, flow control valves direction control valve, simple relief valve, unloading valve, sequence valve pressure reducing valve, check valve, vrv valve, ball valve, gate valve, well head valves (Sub surface valve, surface safety valve, wing valve, upper master valve, and lower valve) maintenance and operation.

CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR:

Worked with nevopignone, kirloskar, natural gas lifting centrifugal compressor with liquid film seal and dry gas seal system with various capacities.

Involved in seal changing, bearing changing and its seal and lube oil circuits Accessories Maintenance.

CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR:

Having experience – reciprocating compressor of ‘V’ type with instrument air services with various capacities.

Involved in repair and changing of valves, piston rings, bearing & its oil circuit equipment and coolers maintenance.

AIR COMPRESSOR:

Air compressor of all parts servicing and overhauling head, piston ring, linear, cylinder bore wear reducing inlet valve, delivering valve, cooling water circulation handling, inlet cooler, air cleaner, care, crane shaft bearing, journal bearing, main bearing, pulley belt, pre filter, after filter, dryer, header volume bottle instrument air recovery, instrument air tank compressor panel board operation start – up.

MECHANICAL SEALS:

Worked on all types of seals including single double and tandem seals, single spring and multi – spring, below type and proper rectification of same.

GEAR BOXES:

Involved in prevents maintenance and bearing changing, inspection of gas and bearing and check the backlash activities.

FANS & BLOWERS:

Having experience to change the blade angels, belt aligning tensioning in the pulley with driver.

STATIC EQUIPMENT:

Worked in safety relief valves, filters, strainers, flame arrester and pipe line plant maintenance and maintenance of heat exchangers (Sheel and tube & plate and tube)

Involved in safety relief valves overhauling & calibration and general valves gate valve, Globe valve, Valve ball, check valve, column and vessel tank etc.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT:

H2S Monitor, Gas detector fire detection system DCP, foam CO2, fire extinguisher, life jackets and belts operation and maintenance of various types of Fire Fighting Equipment and have knowledge of fire and safety equipments.
