- Familiar with the Map of Management Processes implemented in large scale LNG Projects. I was performing ISO 9001 audits during the construction of Qatari LNG facilities with various EPC Contractors.

I was coordinating the preparation and handover of Site Deliverables from EPC Contractor to RasGas PMT, during RGX2/AKG2 and Barzan Onshore Projects.

I was managing the EPC Contractor Project documentation handover and the System Certification teams during the above mentioned projects. I was organizing workshops and training sessions with Subcontractor’s Construction and Quality Managers, presenting the necessary processes to be implemented and guiding them to allot the necessary resources in order to produce and deliver in due time the project deliverables.
- I have also good experience in managing the Vendors for providing their technical deliverables. As Snamprogetti Sr Design Engineer for Static Equipment I was performing the review of vendor’s technical documentation, I was participating to final inspections in shop before shipping and I was expediting the vendors to provide their technical deliverables within the agreed schedule.
