- Inspect the site and ensure all materials and equipment are prepared for Day 1 deployment.
- Monitoring of daily progress.
- Prepare daily reports, activities, manpower, accomplishments, and regularly checks inventory's accuracy for proper tracking.
- Conducts daily toolbox (before work preparation talk) with all the workers to remind safety measures in-placed and some necessary announcements.
- Prepares variation order (Additive and Deductive Items) for each client's request and ensures the accuracy of quantity and costs based on company reference.
