Worked with six districts and developed store General Managers’ accountability for Custom Framing ops. Trained sales staff and framers on design and hands on custom order servicing.

Increased company Gross margin by nearly two percent, resulting in 1.2 million in increased profit through consistent training and accountability for GM’s.

Managed framing operations for 88 stores in California, Texas, Colorado and Georgia.

Raised the bar on quality resulting in far less re-do issues therefore increasing timE efficiency and profit

Implemented a scrap control program for glass and matboard directly resulting in a 2% increase in margin.
