• Increased organizational efficiency by facilitating three live Microsoft Teams demos to the PCA Marketing Team. The demos focused on reducing email burden and improving project management in a matrixed environment. 100% of participants reported back that they found the demos extremely helpful and learned new information to improve their day to day collaboration.
• Conducted 14 interviews across brand marketers to gain insight on market conditions. Applied the information to create a central resource repository that streamlined the process for marketers to reference relevant payer and cost and coverage information from past products according to the product life cycle.
• Assumed leadership responsibility in an internship team challenge to provide perspective on how pending competitor clinical trial data impacts HCP and payer perceptions.
