Stericycle is a compliance company specializing in the collection and disposal of regulated substances such as medical waste and sharps, pharmaceuticals, and hazardous waste. They also provide services for recalled and expired goods all over North America and EMEA countries.

Responsibilities

•Validate the interim data as it is collected during the daily roll ups

•Validate if the confidential data is masked at respondent level in the IM for confidential responses

•Generate monthly and quarterly verbatim reports to client

•Run SQL queries to retrieve data from the database and compare with IM to do backend testing before delivering to the clients

Project #3 AARP

The AARP customer satisfaction survey project included customer reviews on various channels such as Dental Insurance, Auto Insurance, Hotel/Car/Flight Reservation, Expedia Users, Consumer Cellular, etc. The survey was done on two verticals- AARP and Competitors. The Competitor data was used as a benchmark on the final reports produced on different modules and key metrics.
