Summary

I am an accomplished Lead Business Architect with over 16 years of industry experience. Career Highlights

Primarily, the transformation of data collection and processing in the Healthcare industry along with other notable Healthcare achievements. With only two three-week sprints for development efforts, I architected business requirements for a Nursing Home Enrollment Case management application that successfully went live. The application allows users to have a 360-degree view of the Nursing Home case landscape. This aids in the delivery of metrics that allow Healthfirst to streamline business processes as a corporation. Previously, Healthfirst was losing 12,000$ a month per case on over 2,100 cases. With the implementation of the Nursing Home Enrollment application Healthfirst was able to mitigate this risk and recoup close to 20 million dollars in company losses with the use of Product Lifecycle Management.

Another career highlight was the redevelopment of PNC Bank’s commercial lending models that determine Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), and Exposure at Default (EAD). This application is used by approximately 5,000 PNC users to modernize daily work activities for generating loans. Additional areas of expertise include knowledge of ERP systems utilized in the defense and aerospace industry. I specialized in master data management, application development, and system integration with a strong background in agile methodologies.
