Resources Development

Increase HACDC corporate donor base from 5 to 10 corporate donors in year 1 of my tenure; create a donor page that allow us to recognize and promote the corporations that support us.
Develop an individual donor base with the clients that receives our services as the primary target, raising individual donor participation from 0% to 5% of HACDC $750,000 budget.
Staff HACDC resource development subcommittee; prepare all updates and reports
Community Building and Outreach
Developed an outreach initiative at HACDC that cultivated and created multiple community relations with churches, homeowners’ associations and other non-profit organization.
Participated in establishing a neighborhood association while working at Lake Worth CDC which translated in a master plan for the community.
Spearheaded one of the largest outreach community coalition in Riviera Beach which created multiple community watch groups; conducted a Charrette that resulted in renovating several blocks creating the Harmony Heights and S Avenue communities. The community project on S Avenue won the National MetLife Foundation Award for best community initiative project.
