Product audit and process audit as per plan for Machining parts. Material Test & Special Process Test done and give the confirmation report to supporting department.

Assembly complaint due to Machining parts issues Root cause analysis and CAR receive from Production and Production engineering team.

Patrol Inspection for attribute and variable gauges. PROCESS QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Controlling of incoming, line and final inspection. CFT –member in preparation of FMEA, PPAP for Parts approval. Customer Complaint Handling.
