April 2020 – March 2021 General Manager LivWell Enlightened Health
o Directed, lead, and managed 30 employees at a fast-paced retail location with an average revenue of over $950,000 a month for FY 2020 for a total of 11.3 million dollars in sales for the year. In addition, the location increased its YOY sales by 24.8%, increased its ATP by 23% and also maintained a position in the top five stores for sales and ATP.
o Oversaw the day to day operations of the store to include; Utilizing the software, iSolved AM check for payroll and attendance purposes; The overall security and strict compliance of the store, medicated products and employees; onboarding new employees to the company; registering and providing proper documentation for the appropriate training courses; Inventory, stock, and delivery operations; And the handling and security of large amounts of cash along with cannabis and cannabis infused products
Maintained a working relationship with not only the regional manager of my location but the Directors of Retail, Sales, Security, and Human resources along with numerous department heads which contributed to the successfulness of the store's remote location.
August 2019 – April 2020 Customer Experience Coordinator LivWell Enlightened Health
o Directed, lead, and managed 16 employees at a fast-paced retail location; Team efforts resulted in the store achieving the number one spot, twice (out of 15 other locations) during the Q1 of FY 2020 at the beginning of December 2019 and again at the beginning of January 2020
o Oversaw the day to day operations of the store to include the security, accountability and handling of cannabis and cannabis infused products, cash, and non-infused products that exceed $300,000; Conducted change audits and ATM audits/orders in accordance with company and vendor SOP’s; Maintained compliance by disseminating new and current MED regulations to all employees and engaged with all employees about the importance of following the MED regulations; On boarded new employees to the company and re-enforced compliance along with ensuring were being trained to standard in accordance with the company SOP
o Established and maintained working relationships with 4 different departments at the corporate level to reinforce the notion that the store will be in compliance with the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulations, company policy, the Colorado Department of Public Health, and other various local and state agencies.

o Identified and mitigated potential risk on 50 different projects that resulted in all of the projects being completed ahead of
schedule and under budget
o Coordinated and oversaw the logistics, delivery and installation of windows, exterior and interior doors, siding, and trimming on over 300 various residential properties
o Implemented cost saving practices that saved the company $50,000 dollars’ worth of additional equipment, and man power
