Worked on several different computer programs and learned all the different models and engines of the Harley Davidson motorcycle. Was able to get the customer in and get their bike taken care of with 100 percent satisfaction. Managing the repair shop and getting bikes through in a timely fashion was crucial. Each customer was asked to complete a survey on their experience once they picked up their bikes. I did not receive one negative survey in my tenure at that dealership.
