Gloria member of the VSO Global People Resourcing Team, performing the full range of HR functions from recruitment, on-boarding, training and induction, contributing to VSO Global HR Strategic Plan implementation and reviews, I have over fourteen years working experience in a cross - cultural environment. Roving People Resourcing Lead (Global)
Collaborate with country team Resourcing leads to provide guidance on resourcing in program design and planning.
Work with colleagues to build the capacity of hiring managers in country on forecasting of people requirements ensuring that these are accurately reflected on the internal systems for data integrity and in a timely way to support ongoing programme design plans.
