Working with Hyundai Motor India Ltd, Sriperumpudur. as a Diploma trainee in manufacturing Transmission assembly shop from May2019 to 2021 to till now. Working with OASYS Cybernetics Private Ltd, Pulivalam, Trichy as a company Trainee Engineer from 2018 to 2019.

Working with Hyundai Motor India Ltd, Sriperumpudur. as a Diploma Apprentice in manufacturing Body shop from Mar2017to 2018.

Worked with Hariher Alloy Private Ltd at Pulivalam, Trichy as a Company Trainee in Quality Control, Final Inspection and Despatch from 2016 to 2017(1Year). ROLES &RESPONSIBLITIES

To responsible for achieve Daily production target on time with standard quality. Plan work flow, manage multiple priorities and meet daily production targets while consistently reducing downtime.

Develop the technical documents as per IATF16949 standard’s. Daily down time monitoring and taking corrective action accordingly. Response 3C, 5S and Safety to my respective area.

Weekly complete one kaizen.

Elimination the losses like (model changeover, tool change loss, start up loss, minor stoppage, operating motion loss, measurement & adjustment losses by sustaining TPM improvement.)

New operator training and improve the operator skill evaluation. Weekly prepared rejection and rework data and take corrective action accordingly. To give countermeasure for A type rejection through WHY and WHY analysis, Responsible for OTD level maintain100%.
