Provide operational leadership to two clinical registries, the Anesthesia Incidence Reporting System (AIRS) and the Closed Claims Project (CCP). Partner with the system architect to optimize the closed claims database to improve efficiency with coordinating site visits, data quality assurance, data availability, and creating a malpractice company portal to support transferred data privacy and security. Manage the AIRS Monitor publication process and act as the liaison to provide strategic direction to registry oversight committees.
Direct the revision of the data quality assurance process from cumulative to concurrent to increase available data measurement and accuracy
Partner with physicians in revising data collection forms to improve site visit productivity, interpret current trends in anesthesia practice, and increase accuracy in reporting
