AT AKOLA PROJECT, I was the Research assistant’s team lead to administer a pilot and administer survey for the Organization to evaluate the economic, social and behavior impact of the organization on its employees through in-depth qualitative and quantitative interviews. While working with AKOLA, I bettered my monitoring and evaluation skills, leadership skills, research methodologies, data entry and analysis skills, research report writing skills, logistics and supply, administrative skills, target delivery and self drive

AT TETRA TECH, I was a Research assistant on sanitation for health project for USAID that was in over 25 districts and I was based in Mityana. I acquired different skills in field research that improved on my experience in research i.e. how to deal with harsh working environments, long working hours, accuracy and quality of data,use if ODK,KOBO I learnt to be quick to learn and adapt to changes.

Barclays bank taught me how to interact with people in different arenas of life. I learnt how to work in a competitive environment while remaining humble and social with every one since I was in sales. I also enjoyed my job at Goodsexpress Uganda as the administrative assistant for the Bugolobi branch for 2 years and Muta Recruitment Agency as the marketing executive. I got to learn leadership skills and multi tasking. Being a branch manager developed my accounting skills, report writing, office coordination, logistics and supply handing, Ms Office skills, large volume money handling, accountability and customer service and service delivery skills.
