It is with a deep sense of gratitude that I acknowledge the cooperation and support of INDO GERMAN TOOL ROOM INDORE which give me the unique privilege of completing my training in its premises for 2 weeks and provided me and opportunity to interact with various personal. Tool room was established with assistance from Federal Republic of Germany and Govt. of India. They are engaged in Designing and manufacturing of Press Tools.

Summary: First of all it is under the Automotive Skill Development Organization affiliated to National Skill India Mission, Govt. of India. This training is based on hands on training on passenger cars, various types of engines (2-strokes and 4-strokes engine), gear box, automotive electronics, Engine management system (EMS), and others mechanical systems, also demonstrate the latest technical features & system available in BMW 5 Series Sedan car during my training program.

PROJECTS REPORT

Projects

Project Title1) Fabrication of Ladder (win 2nd prize in college Tech Fest.)

Summary We innovate the idea to overcome the efforts faced by the painters or the labourers for shifting the places or the position of the ladder, he have to get down again and again for changing the places, to reduce this effort we modified the ladder by adding extra legs which have rubber grip to pushed the whole ladder and it is attached to a plate which can be used to keep the feets and also it is allow to lift the plate when the feet lift up then automatically the extra ladder leg is lift up and when it goes down it touches the ground and can start to push the whole ladder( ladder with 4 legs) and in the other main 4 legs we fixed rollers or trolley so that when the extra leg with grip pushed it will move, it can also moves in both the directions. With the help of this the labour will be able to continue his work by not getting down again and again for shifting the ladder. This improves the times, saves energy etc. of the labours.

2) Re-modify 2-strokes engine by adding valves( inlet & exhaust valve) still working on

Summary- Due to no valve in construction 2- strokes engine produces lots of pollution thats why it is ban producing 2-stokes engine in order to overcome the ban by making it not produce pollution simply we can re-modify the engine construction by putting inlet and exhaust valves so that like in 4-strokes engine valves are there thats why it does not produces pollution like 2-stroke engine.

3) Cars and bikes problems during winter couldnt start properly so we need to push and start the engine, regarding this problem some ideas are there to solve this problem but still working on this project.
