Supports all Project Management, Resource Management, and Scrum Master functions in the development and enhancement of the Personnel Security Systems for our two customers, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC).

Manages an Agile team with a team mix including software developers, quality assurance testers, business analysts, Product Owners, and technical writers for the implementation of a software solution built using the entellitrak case management system.

The Department of Energy (DOE) EIA Information Dissemination project, EIA Web Comms, supports the Office of Communications within DOE’s Energy Information Administration (EIA). Its focus is on the development, modernization, administration, and maintenance of products under EIA’s domain including various webpages (EIA.gov), dashboards, and data browsers.

Lead project initiation efforts ensuring the appropriate team mix and maximizing knowledge transfer and transition from incumbent to mitigate lost time.

Monitored and adjusted the staffing strategy as the project evolved to ensure the team is meeting its objectives.

Engaged stakeholders daily and assisted in the definition and refinement of project processes, (ticketing system, agile method, etc.), to monitor, capture, and react to shifting customer needs.

Managed and reported on all project financials, burn actuals and forecasts, and assumed ultimate responsibility for overall project health.

De facto Resource Manager for many of the functional staff resources, (10 developers) to assist and provided guidance with navigation and development of resource career path and overall career and job fulfillment.

REI Systems, EIA Gateway Business Analyst OCT 2016 – JUN 2017

The National Oil and Gas Gateway was a collaborative initiative involving GWPC, state agencies, and the

DOE’s EIA and Office of Fossil Energy. The project objective was to provide a user-friendly public platform presenting a national picture of well-level activity while enabling users to perform advanced queries and download data from custom searches.

Spearheaded efforts from project kickoff to close, engaging directly with EIA stakeholders and the development team to define and hash out requirements that would define a successful project.

Project activities included development and testing in multiple environments, client demos, user testing, and workshops to gather valuable user feedback.

The project had its grand unveiling at the GWPC Annual Conference to a national audience of state representatives with rave reviews. Successful to the point that the current 8 participating states have been joined with 9 additional states seeking membership shortly thereafter.

REI Systems, OGP Web Portfolio Business Analyst OCT 2015 – OCT 2016

OGP Web Portfolio was a portfolio of webpages at GSA that required constant administration, maintenance, and development support to maintain pace with industry standards. The portfolio consisted of Acquisition.gov, PIC.gov, FMI.gov, and section508.gov and subpages. The project is fully Agile, closely adhering to Agile Methodologies from sprint planning to retrospective.

At project onset, assisted with contract setup including charge code creation and financial forecasting.

Participated in Knowledge Transfer from exiting contract holder to fully understand systems and mitigate gaps in productivity.

Conducted and analyzed reports focusing on section508 compliance for all portfolio webpages using both Web Link Validator and Sortsite tools.

Interpreted the findings and suggested fixes to the development team.

Compiled and presented weekly status report to GSA constituents both over conference call and in-person.

Conducted pre-release testing in all environments, Dev, UAT, and other test instances.

Ensured continuous communication with the customer to assist the team to deepen requirements understanding ultimately enabling us to meet project objectives.

REI Systems Project Coordinator MAR 2015 – OCT 2016

Assisted in Business Unit business development efforts by joining the Proposal team. Assisted in the effort leading to the award of the WDOL CFDA contract by contributing tailored and focused resource resumes and a tool matrix that clearly demonstrated the team’s capabilities. Regarding proposal support, provided vital support by delivering Past Performance sections of the DOL, SBA, and OGP WP submissions, ensuring strict adherence to proposal requirements. Scrum Master for the Corporate Agile Growth Team facilitating ongoing pipeline and capture discussions.
