Motivated and highly skilled Construction Project Manager PMP.-Site Manager with extensive experience running projects in Ireland, U.S.A.and Africa. The projects varied largely custom homes and apartments in Back Bay Boston to “The Falls” in Quincy of 700+ residential homes. The projects also comprised of Fit-Outs. The projects consisted construction of Large Shopping Malls, Restaurants, Hotels & Leisure Centres, and major residential housing sites, these projects involved travelling outside of the state, New York, Connecticut, Florida, California ect. The main commercial companies involved were Marriot Hotel group, Bertuchies Restaurants, Boston Chicken and Friendly’s restaurants group.
