SUMMARY PROFILE
An Entrepurer with a total of 30 years of experience with initial 9 Years experience in police force resigned at a rank of Detective Sergent where I handled close to 400 Cases in a month which included crimes, homicide, robbery etc. then 21 years’ experience in oil & gas construction and maintenance (drilling, projects, construction, and pipeline) with several companies as safety officer, Lead Work Pack & Risk Assessor, HSE Engineer/ Scaffolding Specialist, SHEQ Specialist, SHEQ Manager, consultant onshore and offshore facilities. This Experience include develops and managed HSE policy and “statement of requirements (SOR)” for oil projects & industries. Developed scope of work for Principal Contractor, consultants, and engineering contractors for services in related fields. Conducts audits for company’s management system and contractor’s system according to international standards OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 and applicable quality system, organize, facilitate, and chair project is, Prepare HSE plan, procedures, and HSE MS, work instruction and MIS. Conduct HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, JSA, TBT, EIA, safety awareness, and employee training for all levels. Prepare, Control, Training, Supervise and provide technical expertise and leadership in the development and implementation of Company and Department Standards of Process Safety Management regarding the design, construction, and operation of Client’s owned/operated facilities. Emphasis is placed on leadership of HSE reviews and hazards identification (e.g., HAZOP’s, Risk Assessments) for all projects, modifications, and existing operations. Assists in integrating existing safety standards to ensure a uniform implementation on a Company-wide basis.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
System
●Manage the execution of strategic projects or programs within the specified and agreed upon constraints of quality/ Health & Safety, scope, time, and cost.
●Develop, implement, monitor and compliance of Integrated Management System (IMS) along with Vision and Mission for the Company and ensuring all the local legislative regulations compliance in the project / Employer.
Training
●Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to stakeholders (internal and external) carrying out projects within their respective business units.
●Provide training on Induction, Emergency Evacuation Plan, Policies, Procedures, High-risk Work activities (like Confined space, Hot Work, Gases, Rigging etc)
Risks
●Develop of the Risk management plan, method statements, Safety Manual, Permit to Work system, Standard Operation Procedure, and operational system (Construction on Live Plant)
●Monitor near-miss reports, inspections and audit findings and incident root cause analysis to identify system gaps to implement corrective actions.
Planning
●Conduct scope survey and ensuring all the document prepared like SOP etc are in line with the contract and local legislation.
●Materials Management related SHEQ activities (like planning for scaffolding management, barricading systems, signages)
●Prepare and develop Training schedule and during execution preparing look ahead reports.
●Ensuring all the SHEQ related activities are in line with the Project Execution plan and schedule.

●Conduct evaluations, inspections, and investigations related to SHEQ requirements.

●Root cause and analyses and implementation of corrective action lessons learned.

●Implementing environmental awareness training for all crews & 3rd parties implement and monitor compliance and couching.
