Project Description:
Project involves Designing and Manufacture of Launcher system for Target practise. Responsibilities:
• FE Modelling of Launcher, Trolley and Trailer.
• Linear static analysis of Launcher frame for various elevation and loads.
• Linear static analysis of Trolley for different inertial loads.
• Modal analysis of full launcher frame for natural frequency.
• Direct transient analysis for different launcher components.
• Static Structural analysis and optimisation of Trailer for transportation and operational loads
• Multiple iterations were carried out according to the design changes to get optimal design.
• Conveying modifications to the design department as per analysis results. UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE FOR SURVELLIANCE:

Project Description:
This project includes Design and Development of water jet system for a patrol boat to meet the Emerging requirements of defence forces.
Responsibilities:
• Making a complete FEA model for both CFD and structural analysis.
• CFD tetra mesh modelling for Fluent analysis.
• Extraction of pressures from fluent analysis.
• Using extracted pressure from CFD analysis to do structural analysis on the model.

Project Description:
These were the projects done during the period in my parent company.
• FEA modelling of Lamps for thermal analysis which include tetrahedral volumetric mesh for both the component and enclosed air.
• BIW meshing of automotive components for Mahindra automotive.
• Geometric clean up (using Design modeller) and meshing (using ANSYS Mechanical) of Tractor axle and setting up static analysis in ANSYS Workbench.
• FEA modelling of plastic components by extraction of mid surface.
• Debugging convergence issues in ANSYS workbench.
• Checking and rectifying quality issues in the model as per customer requirement.
