Description on Daily Activities, Roles & Responsibilities
Senior Analyst, Organization Development
Conducts analyses of organization and workforce data, and communicates findings and recommendations in a way that supports the organization's short and long term objectives .
Leverages reporting and analytics to identify opportunities, patterns and risks. Proactively identifies trends for further management discussion and review.
Serves as primary contact for presenting organization & workforce data options, integrations, enhancements, upgrades, optimization and/or redundancy issues
Automates, generates, analyzes, and distributes org. Charts and staffing reports to the appropriate stakeholders.
Help management and provide advices on organization vacancies and opportunities to allocate new recruits. Translates analytics into actionable insights and recommendations and propose different scenarios for employees/positions shoveling/rotating to open opportunities for youth employees.
Conduct analyses and evaluation of the organizational change requests, understand the business triggers, rationale, expected advantages and apply necessary reviews to assess the as-is situation vs. to-be status including impact on people, business process and cost factor.
Apply OD tools to identify efficiency gaps, analyze SoC and org. layers, come up with solid business case with different options to management to assess and opt for the best-suited option to adopt.
Conduct Manpower Mapping for current Staff according to new proposed organization structure in coordination with the business line.
Analyze employees’ profiles and competencies vs. job descriptions and specifications to ensure minimum job requirements are available.
Conduct Risk Assessment exercise to assess if there is any adverse impact on people, organization, business continuity and costing element.
Highlight whenever there is any potential risk and provide mitigation plans in coordination with business units.
Develop Job Description with main accountabilities and the key Roles & Responsibilities expected to be delivered by the job-holder
Develop in coordination with business unit the main process, function statement and mandates to be delivered by dedicated organization units.

Participate in Manpower Planning, Provide analytical and advisory support in the area of data analysis, statistics compiling, advice on the development of effective manpower and succession plans for all positions to create reliable basis for recruitment and development planning
ISO focal Point, i.e. Responsible of formulating, establishing, and updating OD business manual, framework, Departmental Procedures and Departmental Objectives as per ISO standardization.
Department representative for the annual audit session. Responsible to prepare all required documentation and answer audit observations, inquiries and be prepared with all evidences.
Responsible to maintain and update all department trackers and checklists to ensure OD actions are conducted and handed over according to pre-approved timeline.
