Due to my experience of monitoring calls I used my skills for transcription from Hindi to English for Endo Productions Pte Ltd. as a freelancer. Translated transcript for Endo Productions Pte Ltd. For project Deciphering India which was a series of 4 Episodes casting Anjum Sundaram.

Worked here as a Quality Analyst. Job profile included monitoring calls of credit analysts and gave them feedback on how they could have done better on calls. This feedback included a bit of everything an Analyst should know as to how one can improve the call further. Provided feedback on both language & process. The process that I monitored was both outbound and inbound and was related to the charging ability of the card.

Worked here as a Process Trainer. Trained the Pilot Batch for 2 processes, ADT that included both Sales & Lead Generation. The other one was DVR that was only to generate Leads. Trained 10 batches for each, prepared everything such as modules, PPT, etc. Hired the pilot team as per requirements. Organizing trainings and identifying training needs for existing and new hires.

The company is into export of ladies’ garments & silver jewelry to the US, Canada, Germany, Spain, and Australia and recently secured a venture in the UK market.
Job responsibilities entailed handling of all communications from and to the buyers from various countries and maintaining an interface with various departments of the company. Job started with initial introduction to the client and entailed everything to do with the business with our company. Being with the company during the breaking into the UK market gave me a valuable insight and experience into the challenges thrown up by a new market.
In short, I was the eyes and ears of the company. Had to look after the interest of the company.
