Gym Concepts has not only taught me how to handle extreme pressure and multi- tasking, but also the responsibility that came with each new task I was assigned to. I started out as the personal assistant to the manager handling all ad hoc duties assigned to me. I carefully worked my way up to the employee who solely handled all the above- mentioned tasks. This entailed me working closely with very important clients and improved my confidence. I grew into a loyal employee that can very much work without supervision and a problem solver. Although I had no experience in the accounting sector, I was assigned to work on accounting programs doing monthly bank reconciliations and submitting monthly reports, processing invoices and purchase orders. This also allowed me to work closely with the company’s accountant. My job description entailed me to assist over 20 and more walk-in clients. During this time, I have gained skills such as working with a wide variety of clientele. I have learned the appropriate communication skills in dealing with clients, not just in person, but electronically and telephonically as well.
