Industrial Energy management System (IEMS)
A predictive controller is implemented to plot the trend in used energy and calculate the real time consumption and also to control the maximum demand. The developed control strategy implements a hierarchical cascade controller where inner loops are performed by local PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), and the outer loop is managed by a centralized SCADA system, which interacts with the entire local PLC network, subjected to the constraints of energy wastage minimization. Data logging & Supervisory Control of process using LabVIEW A LabVIEW based data logging and supervisory control program simulates the process and the generated data are logged in to the database with proper indication about the status of the process variables. Plant consisting of multiple boilers where multiple process variables of the boilers need to be acquired from the field and monitored. A mechanical motion driven by a dc motor will select the voltage from a linear selection pad. The pad powered by different voltage levels feed from tapings of transformer. The mechanical motion is controlled by the voltage sensing and the feedback is taken to ensure the required voltage output.
Gesture Controlled Robot
A Gesture robot is a kind of robot which can be controlled by hand gestures using a small transmitting device in hand which includes an accelerometer. This will transmit an appropriate command to the robot ;The transmitting device included a ADC for analog to digital conversion and an encoder IC(HT12E) which is used to encode the four bit data and then it will transmit by an RF Transmitter module. At the receiving end an RF Receiver module receives the encoded data and decode it by end decoder IC(HT12D). This data is then processed by a microcontroller and finally a motor driver to control the actuators. RGB Controllers, Chasers

Designed and constructed a portable, self contained, noiseless coil gun, a type of rifle that uses a series of electromagnetic coils to accelerate ferromagnetic projectiles by means of a strong switching magnetic field. Automatic Weed Detection & Smart Herbicide Sprayer Robot for Fields The goal of this project was to develop a new weed detection and classification method that can be applied for autonomous weed control robots. In order to achieve this goal, plants must be classified into crops and weeds according to their properties which is done by a machine vision algorithm. The crops and weeds were classified according to features extracted from wavelet analysis of the image. Finally, based on positions of weeds, herbicide sprayers are directed to spray right on desired spots. The whole algorithm is implemented in LabVIEW software which is appropriate for real-time in-field purposes. In this arrangement, a robotic platform with wheel automatically detect weed and spray herbicide to the weed. Robotic system includes all required arrangement for herbicide storage.
