I coordinated and supervised contractors, staffs under me and made the process clear that I prepare the report of daily activity by end of day.

Ensure strict implementation of PTW System and follow all LOTO-Lock –out Tag –out. Procedures including isolation and de-isolation.

Responsible as Authorized Electrical person to perform Isolation and de isolation.

Routine Inspection of all running equipment of all areas of responsibilities such as; HV/LV Motors, Utilities equipments: Air Compressor, Instrument Compressor, Steam Boiler, Cooling tower pump motor, Black Start and Emergency Diesel Generators.

Trouble-shooting of Different types of Electric Motors & Control starters.

Conduct the following test of Power Transformer such as: Die electric strength of Mineral Oil insulation, Low Resistance test, Megger Test, Hi-pot test Method, Simulation test of protective devices during preventive maintenance schedule and top up new oil insulation to the desired level.

Repair on Tap Changer (Offload), Change gasket, O-ring seal and Breather silica gel. Fixing & Repair main Oil tank, Oil level indicator, Coupling, Bucholz Relay (Oil Pressure relay).

Prepare a plan for Preventive maintenance of all Electrical Equipment on my area responsibilities. And proposed a corrective measure to avoid breakdown of the equipment.

Trouble-Shooting HV/LV Switchgear by testing the fixed and moving contacts of Isolator. Energize the CB (closing/tripping) and Isolate from the Bus Cubicle during repair and preventive maintenance period. Check the wiring of Closing coil, Tripping coil and micro switch.

Check Charging spring of CB and Close/Trip the Breaker electrically / Mechanically, Cleaning

& and moving mechanism.

Various types of VFD Drives (upto1750kW) and Soft starters (250kW) Maintenance and Troubleshooting.

Replacement and Commissioning of Various types of VFD Drives and Soft starters upto 1750kW. (Make: ABB, SIEMENS and DONFOSS)

Projects

I took the whole project management as Project Engineer and was responsible for bringing the project from design stage to final implementation stage.

Erection & Installation of 11 / 6.6 / 33 KV / 415V, switchgear panels and 132KV&33KV switchyard &associated equipment HT &LT switchgears.

Installation of transformers 3.5MVA to 60MVA.

Installation of HT motors up to 1750 kW (make: Torshima) and LT motors of various ratings for Compressors, Pumps, ID, BFP, PEECC Motors, pocket feeders and RO Plant Motors etc.

Cable laying of LT and HT grades for various transformers, motors and switchgears panels in various ratings.

Installation and Troubleshooting of Motorized valves (make: Rotork, Auma, etc).

Conversion of O/H line to U/G cables both HT and LT.

I used cost evaluation techniques and calculations and ensured that the project cost is kept the minimum without losing quality and efficiency.

Prepared and reviewed engineering plans, specifications, project schedules, designs, and circuit diagrams for construction of power projects.

Obtaining necessary approvals from all concern authorities before commencing the work.
