All MEP Services like HVAC System, Fire Protection & Fire Alarm with detection System, Electrical Power & lighting Systems, CCTV surveillance Systems, Plumbing water supply and drainage Systems coordination with Civil Site activities resolve the MEP Services clash checking before MEP equipment’s site installation and execution

Site coordination and execution of electromechanical activities like interfacing the HVAC panels, Fire fighting System main fire alarm panels with BMS Systems in construction projects.

Review the inspection and shop performance test results of equipment’s, Commissioning supervision on quality and construction schedule,

A prior review and comment of the Contractor’s proposed MEP system testing & commissioning methods and schedules as per project requirement,

Prepare the project status, Maintain the Issue register and prepare a list of defect point for the Contractor’s action.

MEP systems installations, Testing materials supervision, As-built documents updating as per site status of construction projects,

Preparation of process flow diagram, P&ID and Developing GA drawing for HVAC system AC system equipment sizing calculations includes Water Cooled Chiller system (Vapor Compression Refrigeration and also Vapor Absorption Machine), chilled water pump, condenser water pump, cooling tower, Expansion tank, Air Handling Unit (AHU), Fan Coil unit (FCU), Air Cooled Chiller, Water/Air cooled Package unit, Precision unit and DX Condensing unit, Ductable Split and Split type AC system.

Ventilation system sizing calculations includes Air Washer, Unitary Air Filtration, Centrifugal and tube axial supply/exhaust and propeller fan and tonnage requirement of air conditioning system

Duct sizing calculation, AC Duct layout and Ventilation duct layout for both Wet and Dry type ventilation system.

Fire fighting systems include hydrant system, spray systems (HVWS & MVWS system), sprinkler system, foam systems, gas flooding systems and fire detection, alarm system & portable fire extinguishers as per NFPA.HVAC system includes DX systems, Chilled water system and centralized dry/wet ventilation systems, Balance of plant rotary equipment for various projects.

Estimation of the Maximum firewater demand considering the requirement of fire water in various plant areas including the hose stream allowance requirement and establishing the capacity of the Firewater pumps & Firewater tanks.

Review and evaluation of the offers received from all the bidders in line with respective Codes and standards & Review of the Vendor drawings / documents and documentation

Preparation and review of PFDs and P&IDs of Fire detection, Alarm & Protection System & HVAC System.

Preparation of Feasible Report (FR), Techno-Economic Feasibility Report (TFR), Design Basis Report

(DBR) and Due Diligence Study Report for HVAC & FPS system.

Participating in Pre-Bid meetings, Technical Evaluation & Recommendations and Contract Finalization.

Detailed Design engineering of firefighting system & HVAC System including layout preparation, optimization the pipe routings, preparation of bill of material as EPC Contractor and Review/Approval of Vendor Drawings as Owner’s Engineer consultant.

Cooling load calculation for AC system includes Pan Humidifier and Strip Heater. Heat load basis and ACH basis calculation for Ventilation system.
