Analyzing the quality issues and taking corrective actions in Production line.

Preparing daily weekly monthly customer reports.

In-charge of performing FAI (first article inspection) on NPI (new product introduction), shipment.

Prepare and maintain quality related documents, daily report to customer, Top three issues, quality alerts and records of inspections as well as provide direction to QC. Operators about IPQC, FQCs and OQCs quality issues

Convey all customer requirements to QC & Production operator through line leader and Engineer.

Before shift staring, special instructions will be communicates to all line inspectors.

Each process wise, I will verify the NR/TR/CR forms against customer spec sheet in the system and approved.

Before starting FPA process, I will review the specifications against customer wise spec sheet.

Lab testing like tensile, compression, CWA, SSA, BYM, FWT, Lateral test inspection will be performed
