PERSONAL STATEMENT

I am a certified Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.1) in addition to being a skilled and qualified NDT technician. I have an extensive portfolio of experience, working on numerous projects. My knowledge, capabilities and experience are mainly in (but not limited to) the following NDT disciplines: Radiography, Visual Inspections, Magnetic Particle Inspections and Dye Penetrant Inspections. I always maintain a high standard of work, taking care to adhere to all safe working standards and protocols.

To achieve operational requirements, I can work well both individually and as part of a team. I am disciplined, organised, and hardworking. These attributes allow me to thrive in the workplace, during sometimes deadline driven situations or arduous environments. NDT Technician, Weld Integrity (Norway) Sept 2019 – Mar 2020

Adhering to Aker Solutions (and the Maersk Inspirer) risk assessments, H&S Legislation and Procedures. Liaising with welders, pipefitters, scaffolders, and painters to ensure continuous workflow and optimum output. Maintaining company NDT equipment. Performing MPI DPI PMI and Radiography (and interpretation) primarily on the Maersk Inspirer but also in various workshops and bunkers.

Senior NDT Technician, eTest Aug 2018 – Aug 2019

Adhering to eTest Risk Assessments, H&S Legislation and Procedures. Performing Radiography (conventional and digital), MPI, DPI, Hardness, Ferrite Testing and PMI both on the eTest premises and various client sites. Working with subsea and top side pipework, transporting, storage and carrying out various inspections. Preparing equipment for radiography teams to carry out on site radiography inspection.
