Coordinated and led all weekly cutover and transitional upgrade meetings regarding financial modules allowing Brighthouse Financial to incrementally upgrade systems because of production issues or end-user enhancements and new app tiles
Oversaw and managed a group of 3 employees and 46 AMS consultants in SAP financial support and development allowing Brighthouse Financial to get off the MetLife TSA using PeopleSoft creating a savings of $1.5 million per month
Supported over 400 users of SAP GL, BPC, FSCD subledger and reporting through security, troubleshooting and developing solutions for customers allowing the financial community to do proper analytics
Selected and created curriculum, for Microsoft Analysis for Office, and trained the financial community of over 300 users providing first-ever reporting platform for SAP financial
