01 April 2020 – Up to date: Furfuryl Alcohol Plant Operator, Illovo Sugar SA (Sezela Down Stream)

Doing physical inspection of the plant at the beginning of the shift and rectify or report the abnormalities to Production Team Leader.

Doing maintenance, pressure testing and plant commission after breakdowns.

Fault-finding of plant deviations and process optimization.

Executing off-crop boiler monitoring, start up and shut down.

Sampling of the product for quality checks, and maintaining it to desired specification.
