Managed the Operations of our Energy Services Group. This group represented $25 to $30,000,000 a year. I was responsible for Engineering, Project Managers, Commissioning and Estimating. I maintained control of the Indianapolis Service P&L. This group averaged $5 to $10,000,000 a year

This is the Indianapolis Service Group. Built a back-office team consisting of Dispatch, billing and operations. Lead the effort to Invest in training of the techs and sales training for the reps. Focused effort to teach the business side of Service to all concentrating on estimating true cost and understanding the difference between markup and margin.
