Yass Village staff Housing Project-AD (Miral)
Miral is the developer for the multi-phase master plan expansion and enhancement of the Yas Residential Development;
The YVP project consists of 9 midrise accommodation buildings and 1 Multipurpose building
Residential buildings are sub divided into 2 types of buildings “I” & “L” shape, the development consists for 3 “I” Shape buildings and 6 “L” shape buildings.
Each residential building has ground + 7 levels of apartments and a roof level for MEP services; and the multipurpose building has ground +1 and a roof level for MEP services.
RA staff Housing Project-AD (Al DAR)
Al DAR is the developer for the multi-phase master plan expansion and enhancement of the Yas Residential Development
RA Plot development is a residential staff housing with six residential towers.
Residential Towers – (A1, A2, A3, B1, B2 &B3)
Each residential tower is G+7 with typical unit arrangement from level 1 to 7. Ground level shall house different facilities rooms (Garbage room, FCC, activity room, Musalah…. etc.)
Retails shall be located at Ground floor for Tower A1 and B1
Mudon Properties: Show Village (Abu Dhabi)
The project located in a neutral location in Khalifa City, The National Housing Program intends to design and build an operational display village consisting of 10 villas and a centrally located showroom center. The villas set amongst an actual street mock with all permanent services provided for a proposed life span of 10 years. It is 10 villa plots with each villa is a variation of other and ranging in size from 430 sqm to 850 sqm.
Shams Residential tower (C24) (Reem Island- AD) Al Wifaq
The plot S2-C24 consists of a building with five Basements for car park, a canal level, 35 floors of residential apartments and amenities (SPA, swimming pool and GYM) at last floor, each of typical floors consists of 1BR, 2BR and 3BR residential units.
Shams Residential tower (C16) (Reem Island- AD) Al Wifaq
The plot S3-C16 consists of a building with five Basements for car park, a canal level, 6 floors of offices areas and 27 floors of residential apartments, each of typical floors consists of 1BR, 2BR and 3BR residential units.
Emaar Downtown Dubai Development for B1 & B (Dubai)
The project consists of two towers (B1&B2) located within the OPERA District Downtown Dubai, UAE. The two buildings shall have a common five Basements for car park, ground and Podium floors accommodating F&B outlets, retails, changing rooms and outdoor swimming pool.
Building B1 has 49 floors and is used for serviced apartment and B2 is 62 floors and is used for serviced apartments
ADIA Car Park (Abu Dhabi)
The project consists of VCC building, car parking building compromising three Basements, Ground + 9 levels of open parking, offices at last floor of car park building and Link Bridge connecting the car building with the existing ADIA HQ building through. The link Bridge is located at second floor of the car park building.
Electricity and Cogeneration Regulatory Authority (ECRA) Headquarters, Riyadh, KSA
The project consists of car parking building and six multi-story midrise towers comprising offices and associated facilities; all the towers are interconnected through a common Atrium; The carpark building has ground + 2 levels of open parking; the carpark is connected to the offices building through Link Bridge at first floor.
