During my time doing floral design, I acquired many skills relating to customer service and educating individuals about the options available to them, while driving sales for my department. I was responsible for inventory, merchandising, monitoring the department's sales and helping customers with their designs. This position taught me time-management, how to work one-on-one with clients, and ways to appropriately prioritize the weekly tasks it took to keep the department running smoothly.
