Have a strong industrial experience of more than 9 years in Fabrication Industry as well as Packaging Industry. Worked with “CM Manufacturing Company”, “United Breweries Limited”, & “Asahi India Glass Ltd”. (All an ISO 9001:2008 & U-stamp accredited company) in Manufacturing-Fabrication & Packaging Departments. PRESENT STATUS:

Presently working with M/s “Isotech Equipments.” as Production Incharge in Fabrication-Manufacturing Division located at Ambernath M.I.D.C., since April 2018. An organized engaged in Manufacturing of customized process equipment’s like Reactors, Jacketed & Limpeted type reactors, Universal Mixers, High Speed Mixers, Storage Tanks etc... PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE:

1. Worked as FACTORY IN CHARGE (Production Department) with M/s Conveying Machines Mfg.co located at Ambernath M.I.D.C. from October 2015 to April 2018

Responsible for Fabrication of Pressure Vessel, Mixers, Storage Tanks, Food Processing Equipment’s, etc… (As per ASME section VIII Div I)

Pre-Production Meeting, scope of work, fixing the man power/contractor. Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling all shop floor activities.

Utilization of all the available resources such as manpower, machineries, material and place. Meet the customer requirements for deliveries & Quality product.

Organize work schedules, entrusted all jobs were done on timely basis.

Recommending the management for better tools, equipment’s, ideas, procedures, new methods for Smooth operations and increase productivity.

Adherences to system of manufacturing and quality. Adopting new ways better quality and higher productivity at lower cost with all safety aspects.

Responsible for all Pre & Post fabrication activities i.e. marking & cutting on plates, L-seam & C-seam set-up, forming of shells/dish ends and cones. Final assembly & nozzle fitment, leg or saddle fitment, final touch up, final dimensional measurement, Hydro test or Pneumatic test, required polishing, pickling and passivation, cleaning and packing, dispatch work.

Coordinating between shifts, work station, QA/QC, Design, Projects to make delivery on time without interruption in Production.

Organizing procurement and timely availability in order to meet production targets and control inventory.

Motivating and recommending training needs to subordinates/supervisors.

Resolving disputes and ensuring discipline in workshop.

Implementing EHS and ensuring safety guidelines to reduce accidents and maintaining good housekeeping.

Dealing with welding process like GTAW, L-seamer M/C welding etc… used in Fabrication of Process equipment’s.

Responsible for Quarterly, Monthly & Weekly planning, activity planning, delivery planning of equipment’s.

Informed clients of all projects specification.

2. Worked as Shift Incharge (Production Engineer) with M/s. United Breweries Ltd (UBL) located at Taloja M.I.D.C. from May 2014 to September 2015. An organized engaged with India largest beer company and high quality beer produced and world class setup of breweries. WORK PROFILE:

Preparation and supervised the operation and maintenance of mechanical machinery and equipment, focus on continual improvement working activities.

Monitoring of job, product shift line on shop floor.

Run the production of Bottling as well as Canning Beer line.

Daily basis meeting on OPI NONA.

Check the ware house stock and report to Production manager.

Recheck all the machines like Washer, EBI, Filler, Pasteurizer, Labeller, Carton Packer and Ware house stock.

Arrange schedules for routine of servicing of plant equipment such as lubrication of all machinery and conveyors

& test emergency equipment’s.

Responsible for process and quality, production requirements.

Daily water consumption checking and reporting.

Calculate daily basis OPI NONA in every shift. Planned running hours, actual running hours.

Check glass breakages on daily basis and report to Sr. Production Manager.

Check Beer Loss on daily basis and report to Sr. Production Manager and Brew Manager.

Check CIP on every shift and maintain as per quality.

Report on Line Breakages, Manned time, Operation time, and Final Production time.

Co-ordinates with process, quality, store and production as well as dispatch departments regarding the material availability and troubleshooting the problem in SAP.

Manage the accurate consumption of Raw and packing material in SAP.

Manage Production entries in SAP as per requirements.

Manage breakages as well as line efficiency in report as well as in SAP.

Maintaining the documents like preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, line efficiency, losses, breakages as well as regular maintenance records.
