1. Providing Administrative support to HR.

2. Manage and update HR database with different information such as new hires, termination, Leaves, Warnings, Vacation and day off. 3. Help in payroll management, preparation and payment. 4. Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.

5. Answering employees’ questions and providing requested information.

6. Assist recruiters in posting ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.

7. Handling Jafza portal for new visa, Cancellation and Etc... 8. Help organizing and manage new employees Orientation, On- boarding and training programs.

9. Maintaining employee’s master file with all accurate data. 10. Handling employee’s grievance related to accommodation facility and closing the report on timely manner.

11. Supporting employees in terms of taking them to hospital and arranging them medical as when needed.

12. Arranging Flight tickets in advance with the economy fare for staff for Annual leaves/Business Trip as well as for guest customers. 13. Hotel booking for customer as when it needed.

14. Arranging various country visas for Sales Team. 15. Arranging uniforms, Safety shoe for Employees. 16. New Account opening for the new Employees.

17. Handling Medical Insurance of Employees.

18. Supporting in documentation in the entire Audit. 19. Supervising Housekeeping Team.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) - First class 2010 – 2013, St.Jerome’s College of Arts & Science, A.N.Kudy

(Affliated to Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu)
